My ex-girlfriend and I have been broken up for almost four months now and have kept our distance from one another. However, she has reached out to me a few times since we've broken up. About a 5 weeks ago I received a text saying ';Just so you know I always believed in you'; and this week I received a very kind email once she found out I started a new career.





My ex-girlfriend is now a new relationship with a guy that she rebounded with 3 weeks after her and I broke up. I'm assuming he treats her well and was a shoulder to cry on once we broke up. Now almost 4 months since we've broken up, he's her new boyfriend. He's a fairly unattractive guy, and although I'm not saying I'm the best looking guy either, but I do know from being with her for 2 years that he's not her type.





Many of our problems stemmed from me not finding a solid career. Because it was difficult to find a good career for our future, I was constantly down in the dumps. Since we've been broken up, my entire demeanor has changed because I've found and settled into an excellent career. Now, I can't help to wonder what our relationship might be like if we reconnected.
