How do you get over your ex boyfriend?

me and this boy were friends for a long time i liked him as he liked me. one day he asked me out we went out for the whole summer and he broke up with me before school. he had another girlfriend he hadnt broken up with and wanted her back but when he went back to school she had been taken. we went out again then i broke up with him because he not faithful. now he say alot of mean things to me like im ugly, i stink, and nobody likes me. Then after a while it stopped and he started likeing me because i know when he likes me i can tell. now , currently he just constantly talks about me to where i cry and cry i dont cry in front of him tho. i get so hurt he talks about me and tries to make my friends go against me. I still like him alot but i dont want to still like him im 14 and he 12 and will turn 13 in a couple of days i wanna hang out with other people but hes always on my mind. today he was holding hands with one of my friends and it made me jealous alot, but how do i get over him? help!
